Farmers, teachers, school nutrition staff, students, parents, and others interested in learning more about Georgia’s farm to school community are invited to the Georgia Farm to School & Preschool Summit on Feb. 19-20 in Athens, Georgia.
Registration closes on Friday, Feb. 6.

- Advice and Best Practices from Georgia Farm to School Grassroots Leaders in the Cafeteria, Classroom and Community

- Favorite Seasonal Recipes for Kids
- Recruiting and Engaging Community Volunteers
4 dynamic field trips
4-hour Farm to Preschool Friday workshop,”Time to Grow Down! Ways to Design and Implement a Fantastic Early Childhood Gardening Program”
6 engaging FoodTalks (think TEDTalks all about food!) by local farm to school advocates and FoodCorps service members
Networking with experts at the state, district, and school level that will inspire and help further your community’s work
